REFUND POLICY

Refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of the ATTEST official. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.

a) The amount which would be refunded would be the same as received from the online Payment Gateway partner (CC Avenue, Bill desk etc). Any deductions done before we receive the payment would be borne by the customer.

b) The rules for Tangible and intangible services remains the same as in the case of "1) Cash Payment".

c) In case of dual payment complete documentary evidence of the dual payment would have to be provided in hard copy or via email.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy of ATTEST and any subsequent refunds due as a result are contained within the rules and regulations as set out in the appropriate ATTEST policy documents.

BO Clause

"We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time"
